Our ticketing portal gives you a direct window into your IT requests: what’s been submitted, what’s in progress, and what’s been resolved, without having to call or email.

Through the portal, you or anyone you designate can submit new tickets, add notes to existing tickets, check a ticket’s status, and follow the activity on each request as our team works through it. You can also designate additional users, so anyone in your organization who coordinates or tracks IT requests can have access.

Access is available through any web browser and there’s no additional charge.

If your team is currently relying on email or phone calls to submit requests and track their progress, the portal is a centralized alternative. Everything is in one place, visible to whoever needs to see it, and available whenever you need it.
