We Provide Full Business Continuity Assurance

Our disaster recovery solution takes an image of your entire server as frequently as every five minutes to create a series of recovery points. We’re proud to provide this critical service to our managed services customers.

Full-Server Instant Failover. If your server or primary computer becomes inaccessible for any reason, we simply start up one of your virtual server images in the cloud and connect your users.

Your server in the cloud can be up and running in minutes!

Don’t Pay the Ransom. If your business suffers a ransomware attack, we can quickly roll-back your data to a point in time before the corruption occurred. You don’t need to pay the ransom (and deal with nefarious individuals) to get your data back; and since you are restoring to a point-in-time before the ransomware infected your systems, you can be certain your systems are clean and the malware cannot be triggered again.

One-Year Retention Policy. If a user accidentally deletes or corrupts a file or folder, it can be quickly recovered by mounting a file share from the backups. You can view all data that was backed up at a particular time, and granularly restore files or folders. Our system can even tell you which backup has the “good” version of the file without having to search through each backup individually!

Advanced Bare Metal Recovery. If your server needs to be replaced, we can build it from the recovery image, rather than configuring a new server from scratch, saving you days’ worth of labor costs.

Automatic Screenshot Verification. We receive an alert if the virtual machine doesn’t power up properly during the verification so we can quickly resolve any issues with your backups before you need them!

With our disaster recovery solution, you’ll never have to worry about:

• Critical business software running on your server being unavailable due to software issues and crashes.
• Lost income due to downtime.
• Your server failing with all your data on it.
• Ransomware attacks forcing you to pay thousands of dollars (and possibly still not getting your data back).
• Electrical outages, storms, etc. making your server unavailable
• Users deleting important files by mistake.
